Returns Policy

applies the highest quality criteria to each of our products. If
however, you need to return, exchange or replace an order, hisandherrings.com
invites you to read and follow the procedure below.
First
of all, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by communicating
with Customer Service by phone at (514)876-4422 or by email at info@hisandherrings.com.
For a complete refund (minus shipping cost), the article(s) must
be returned according to the following conditions:
Merchandise
must be returned within thirty(30)days of the parcel shipping date.
Articles
must be returned in perfect condition. hisandherrings.com reserves
the right to refuse any article that has been worn, scratched, cut
or with broken or damaged stones.
Article(s)
must be returned in their original package.
Returned
merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
Returned
merchandise must be accompanied by the original gemological certificate
(if applicable). Before refunding your purchase, the gemstone(s)
will be inspected by a gemology laboratory to insure their authenticity
and perfect condition.

hisandherrings.com is in no way responsible for objects lost or
stolen during return shipping.
For
your protection, hisandherrings.com recommends that you use registered
mail for packages sent to us.
For
your safety, avoid writing words such as "jewellery, diamond,
emerald, ruby, gold, silver etc." on your package.

asks you to please allow us about ten (10) days to process your
refund.
