HisAndHerRings.com ships all over the world. Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. As we are based in North America shipments will be quicker.

HisAndHerRings.com makes every effort to maintain a full inventory. If nonetheless, an article is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed by email of the approximate delivery date.

HisAndHerRings.com uses Federal Express(FEDEX) to guarantee the reliability and traceability of its shipments.

The parcel must be sent to a confirmed physical address, not a post box. Full address and telephone number are required.

Note:each delivery must be signed by a recipient, otherwise FEDEX will not complete the delivery.

Someone must therefore be present to receive the package.

The average delivery time for an order is one to three business days. To plan for parcel delivery, note that the shipping process begins the day following your order.

If you have made a special order, such as a size of jewelry unusual in the STYLZ collection, the delivery time may be longer.

We don't charge Federal or Provincial taxes for sales outside Canada.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes in their country. Your customs broker will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
Federal Express can also clear a shipment on your behalf (i.e. act as a customs broker) provided you fulfill their requirements.
